The exhibition "The Diversity of Beauty: Art and Life in Ancient Greece" will be on display in the South 1 and South 2 exhibition halls of the National Museum of China from November 6, 2024 to June 5, 2025.
At that time, 279 pieces (sets) of representative cultural relics such as pottery, bronze, gold, glass, murals, sculptures, etc. from the National Archaeological Museum of Greece will be on display. The earliest exhibits are 5,000 years old, and the exhibits cover all important historical periods of ancient Greece, including the Cycladic civilization, Minoan civilization, Mycenaean civilization, as well as the Geometric pottery period, Archaic period, Classical period and Hellenistic period.
All the exhibits are from the National Archaeological Museum of Greece, and most of them are exhibited abroad for the first time.
